Studies - Food Base Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) |
Studies carried Out by J.A. Vinson in the USA indicate that Food Base Vitamin B6 is more bioavailable than isolated chemical B6 at 100%. Results show the Food Base to' be 37% (one third) better absorbed, and 28% (over one quarter) better retained than the chemical form.
Studies carried out on Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) are:

Yeast trace elements and natural vitamins are more slowly absorbed in animals and man; are more bioavailable; and are therefore the preferred form for supplementation.' |
